Terms of use

Through Ball is made by Spaikz LLC. Last updated October 15, 2026.

These terms apply when you use Through Ball on the web (throughball.net), iPhone, iPad or Android. By using it or buying Premium you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins for the iOS app.

Through Ball Premium

• Premium unlocks the Premium tools in Through Ball: expert previews, team alerts (in the iPhone and Android app), the What-if tool, scouting reports, every insight and past seasons. Prices in other countries and currencies are shown before you buy and may include tax.
• The season pass is a one-time payment. It doesn't renew, and it ends on July 31, 2027. The next season will be a new pass.
• The monthly plan renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for. If a free trial is offered, it's for new subscribers, and unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends your plan starts and you're charged.
• On the web, you sign in with Google to buy, and Premium then works in any browser where you sign in with the same account. Checkout is run by RevenueCat and the payment is processed by Stripe, for Spaikz LLC. A purchase on the web is Premium on the website; in the iPhone and Android app, Premium is bought through the store. Buying on the web is for adults (18 or over).
• Refunds. For App Store and Google Play purchases, Apple and Google handle refunds under their policies. For a season pass bought on the web, email support@spaikz.com within 14 days and we'll refund it.
• If we ever change a price, it applies to new purchases; the stores may ask a monthly subscriber to agree first.

The standings and predictions

• Through Ball rebuilds tables from the leagues' public results and adds its own predictions, ratings and playoff chances. Results can be late or wrong at the source, and predictions are estimates, not promises. Check the league's own site for anything official, such as playoff qualification.
• Through Ball is unofficial. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by ECNL, MLS NEXT or any club. League, team and club names and crests belong to their owners.

The app

• We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Through Ball. Don't copy, resell or scrape it, or try to get Premium without paying.
• We keep improving Through Ball, so features may change.
• You can stop using Through Ball at any time. On the web you can delete your sign-in in More.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Through Ball is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Spaikz LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Through Ball in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, say so in the app. Using Through Ball after a change means you accept the new terms.
